Ningbo Techmation Co., Ltd originally was founded in 1984. Today, it offers three key product lines: the plastic control system, the servo energy-saving system, and the plastic machine network management system.

Plastic machine control system

With many years of experience and an excellent reputation, Ningbo is now one of the biggest suppliers of plastic machinery automation control systems in China. Ningbo holds the number one position in China's market share of injection molding machine control system for many years now. As the technology evolves, it has developed other plastic machine control systems (e.g., extruders, bottle blowing machines, ring rolls, die casting machines, etc.). At the same time, it has actively developed the control modules of peripheral assembly equipment of plastic machine (e.g., hot runner control systems, power meters, robot pickers, etc. ).

Servo energy-saving system

Ningbo invented the pioneer product which lead the plastic machine industry to develop toward energy saving, lower consumption, and environmental protection. At the present time, the performance of an oil-electric hybrid servo is very effective, and independent research estimates energy-savings from 40% to 70% over traditional hydraulic systems. At the same time, Ningbo also continues to develop high-end plastic machine system assembly of multi-axis control and an all electric motor.

Plastic network management system iNet

The iNet System was created in order to meet the difficult tasks of management system of plastic machine end-users. Based on the software of plastic machine control systems, iNet connects many plastic machines via state-of-art IP network technology. This enables instant real-time monitoring along with data analysis for the production management of all the machines linked together. In the beginning of 2009, the control system was updated to the application of 3G technologies which then integrated the functions of a video/audio maintain assistant, provided map-based positioning, and allowed instant online guidance diagnosis all together. This system is the necessary tool for plastic production workshop automation management, allowing the complete upgrading of manufacturing production possible.
