A stronger organization for an even better Realtime Linux!
We are pleased to announce that the Real Time Linux Foundation, Inc. (RTLF) and the Open Source Automation Development Lab (OSADL) signed today an agreement to closely collaborate with respect to the development and the promotion of Realtime Linux.
As of January 1st, 2009:
- The activities of the RTLF will be integrated into the OSADL organization and form OSADL's newly established Real Time Linux Foundation Working Group.
- Members of this Working Group are the Directors of the RTLF
- Qingguo Zhou, President
- Peter Wurmsdobler, Vice-president
- Nicholas Mc Guire, Technical Consultant
- Kevin Bayhouse, General Secretary and Treasurer
- Arthur Siro, Workshop Coordinator
- The most prominent activity of the RTLF, the organization of the Annual Real Time Linux Workshop (RTLWS), will be continued and integrated into OSADL's congress and conference activities.
- All material that has been contributed to one of the Real Time Linux Workshops since 1999 is made available in a subsection of the OSADL Website. This includes the free download of all proceedings in PDF format.
The OSADL team is delighted that the Real Time Linux Foundation is giving us the opportunity to work with them. Welcome, Real Time Linux Foundation, at OSADL!
