You are now invited to submit a full paper by October 3 2004 in a form defined by:

Please download this LaTeX template, "tgz -xvzf paper.tgz", and work from the generated directory; remove paper.tgz. Once you have finished your paper, clean up your paper directory (make clean), then "tgz -cvzf paper.tgz paper/" your paper directory and send the resulting paper.tgz per email to me, "Peter Wurmsdobler " . Make sure that everything referenced is included and the paper compiles independently.

We cannot accept any other form than the one specified. The conference language is English.
