The macro __SPIN_LOCK_INITIALIZER() is implementation specific. Users that desire to initialize a spinlock in a struct must use __SPIN_LOCK_UNLOCKED(). Use __SPIN_LOCK_UNLOCKED() for the spinlock_t in imc_global_refc.
