Solution of the questions
The OSADL Quick Linux Compliance Check contains a total of four questions with respect to important license obligations that must be fulfilled when copying and distributing the Linux kernel that is licensed under the GPL-2.0. The questions along with their expected answers are summarized in the below table. Please note that there are additional license obligations.
Questions – only valid, if any of the products that you supply contain the GPL-2.0-licensed Linux kernel | Expected answer |

Do you submit a warranty disclaimer with your product to protect the previous Linux developers from claims for damages as requested? | Yes |
Do you provide the complete corresponding source code of your Linux kernel on a medium customarily used for software interchange i) always along with your product when it is delivered or ii) according to a written offer provided together with your product to do so up to three years after the date of distribution? | Yes |
Are your customers allowed to replace the original Linux kernel of your product by their own one and do you provide all information that may be needed to do so? | Yes |
