What is HOT?
HOT = Heidelberg OSADL Talks are online training courses where participants get an overview on the basic legal (Legal HOT) and technical (Technical HOT) aspects of using Open Source software in industry and will learn how OSADL can provide support. Legal HOT focuses on aspects such as copyright law, FOSS license obligations and compliance tools, while Technical HOT sheds light on aspects such as the Linux kernel and its real-time variant and related analysis of performance and quality. The HOT material consists of a collection of videos that are provided through the OSADL website. Non-members may request individual access - just write us a short email to infoªosadl.org.
